Turino's Half Year

Turino is now 6 months old. Almost 7, yikes! I thought it was about time for some baby cuteness.

This little guy is so much fun! He is always moving and chatting and jumping! Serious, holding him is a workout. A 15 lb jumping weight on your lap. He is so happy all the time. I really love when he is awake at night. That is when I can play and talk with him and not have to take care of other things. He can roll over, but plays it up and screams whenever you put him down. I wish he would eat better, he just gets so distracted. Any noise and he stops eating to see what is going on. I have started locking myself in his room just to get him to eat at all. He would rather play and talk than eat. Ever. I have to pump half the time because he just won't eat. I started adding pumped milk in his oatmeal. I even broke down and bought formula to see if it would help him gain some weight. The stinker ate it right up. Buddy, I give you the good stuff and you won't eat it, but that store bought stuff is great? gah! Lucky, you are so adorable. I love you so much Turino!

This is the last post for November. I might keep going, but we will have to see. I have a really bad track record. After a whole month, I remember that I like it. It just takes some work, and I forget to do it with all the other stuff I have happening.

I seriously love this little guy! I have heard many people say that they felt like their baby has been here forever. I never had that feeling until Turino. I knew that was his name and I knew he needed to come to our family. It is so much that I am sometimes surprised that he is still little. I FEEL like he should be big because he has always been here. I am glad that he is still little. I know I will turn around and he will be turing one...or two! Oh, my sweet boy! I am so happy you are in our family!

I'm New Here!

Well, it has been two weeks. I guess I should tell you all that he is here.

 Turino Richard Perotti was born Aug. 6 th at 12:35 am.

 He is a big boy. 8 lbs 5.4 oz. and 21 inches long

 So glad Grandma could make it!

 He has already been nicknamed "cheeks"

 Rome kept asking if he had eyes. Yes, he is just sleeping.

I am so SO glad that he finally arrived. After two weeks I am feeling much better. I can lean over and get on the floor if I want to. I can eat a salad, but no milk or ice cream. I guess I needed to lose weight anyway. The best part is I can cuddle Baby T and kiss those chubby cheeks anytime I want to! I just love you so much!
