So a little while ago I needed to go shopping. I have lost 30 of the 50 lbs I gained, but still do not fit into my regular clothes. All of the maternity clothes I have are for winter and it is warming up here. Anyway, I needed to buy some pants that would fit so I could leave the house in something other than pajamas. Josh watched the baby for 2 hours and I went to Ross and found 2 pairs of capris and 1 pair of jean shorts AND I went grocery shopping. It was amazing! (Josh said Rome cried the entire time) Well, I tried to wear one of the pairs of capris and they smelled very strongly of smoke, so I had to wash them. I wore the other pair and the seam in the crotch came unsewn, which I found while I was sitting in my car and saw my underwear through the big hole. I wore the shorts and they have a regular button (not a jeans button) that is barely hanging on by one thread. I wore the first pair of capris after they were washed and a button on the back pocket completely ripped out leaving a big hole.
I know that Ross is a discount store and I can usually find pretty good stuff in there.
HOWEVER, this is ridiculous!

Oh you gotta love stuff like that. How annoying! Especially when you actually were able to go out and do some shopping. Looks like you'll have to do some more! :)
"Josh and Rome cried the entire time." - Ha ha!! Oh, Josh is brave! And good for you for getting out of the house! I'm sorry the clothes didn't work out! That's such a bummer. I mean, you already feel gross after having had a baby, but adding bad/frustrating clothes on top of that does not help! Here's to hoping you find some good stuff!

Ross can be pretty rude like that sometimes...stuff I buy there always shrinks really weird or buttons come off or the dark colors bleed onto the light colors on the same piece...
Anyway, when Emma was a baby she'd cry EVERY time I left, like for the whole time. Jeff learned lots of creative ways to entertain her, like with karaoke while bouncing on a yoga ball.
Anyway, you said to tell you when we'll be in Utah next time...we'll be in Morgan for almost a week starting July 5...we'll be down south before that but at family reunions.
